About “The 1974 Annual World's Best SF”
The 1974 Annual World's Best SF is an anthology of science fiction short stories edited by Donald A. Wollheim and Arthur W. Saha. It is the third volume in a series of nineteen. Published first in paperback by DAW Books in May 1974, it was later released as a hardcover edition in September 1974 by the same publisher. A British hardcover edition was issued by The Elmfield Press in October 1975 under a different title. The hardcover edition replaced the original cover art by Jack Gaughan with a painting by Victor Valla.
