About “The Sittaford Mystery”
"Murder" began as a parlor game meant to pass the time on a cold winter night. At the snowbound Sittaford House, an amateur group of occultists received a message that seemed to predict a death. They believed it was nonsense, and the discovery of a body was just a coincidence. However, as they try to solve the mystery, they realize the game may have had a darker connection. The story is the same as The Sittaford Mystery, a 1931 novel by Agatha Christie.
